How far ahead should we book a food truck for a holiday?
It depends on the date. December Saturdays, Fourth of July weekend, October festival weekends and Eid are among the most requested, so two to three months ahead is sensible for those. Quieter winter dates usually need four to six weeks. Each holiday page shows a suggested “ask by” date; it is a suggestion, not a deadline.
Do you work on federal holidays?
Often, and on the days around them too. Federal holiday availability is confirmed case by case. Many agencies and contractors hold their events on the workday before the holiday, which is usually easier to book.
Why are Eid and Ramadan dates marked as expected?
The Islamic calendar follows the moon, and each month starts when the crescent is sighted. The dates shown are astronomical projections that can move by a day, so we confirm the final date with you.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Bella Bites serves a 100% halal menu, cooked to order on the truck.
How much does it cost to book the truck?
Every event is quoted individually. Price depends on the date, location, guest count, service time, menu and whether the host covers the food or guests pay for their own. Request your date and we will send a quote.
