Can we book the truck on a recurring schedule?
Yes. Apartment buildings, taprooms, markets and congregations often ask for a standing date, such as once a month. We plan a run of dates with you ahead of time and confirm each one.
What is the difference between hosted and pay-your-own?
Hosted means your organization covers the food for a set window or number of meals and guests eat free. Pay-your-own means guests buy at the window and you provide the spot. Some events mix the two. Which one fits a date depends on the location and expected turnout.

Yes. Email info@bella-bites.com or call 571-992-6050 and we send our details and menu, and tell you what paperwork we can provide for your venue or event.
Is the whole menu halal?
Yes. Every item on the truck is 100% halal and cooked to order, with a vegetarian falafel wrap.
