After a month of fasting, Eid is for family, new clothes and a proper feast. Bring a fully halal truck to the masjid lot, the backyard or the park, and nobody has to ask what is in the food.

Eid weekends are busy for every caterer around here, since so many families celebrate on the same day or two. Reaching out six to eight weeks ahead gives you more choice.
A suggestion based on roughly 8 weeks of notice, not a deadline. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
Eid al-Fitr
Eid al-Fitr marks the end of Ramadan. Around DC the day often runs from early prayer to an afternoon of visiting, gifts for the kids and long tables of food, and hosts spend the last days of Ramadan cooking instead of resting. A truck that cooks to order on site takes that load off.
Because the date depends on the moon, many families plan for two possible days. Tell us both when you ask, and we hold the plan around whichever day your community follows. Every item we serve is halal, so the whole menu is open to every guest.
Event ideas
Park the truck beside the bounce houses and the henna table, and let families buy lunch after Eid prayer or have a sponsor cover the first round.
Cousins arrive in waves all afternoon. Food cooked to order keeps up without a buffet going cold by the third visit.

Tell us both possible dates when you send your request. We check availability for each and lock the final day with you once your community announces it.
