Nurses Week always starts on May 6 and ends on May 12, Florence Nightingale’s birthday. This time it runs May 6 – 12, 2027. Hospital Week usually falls around the same time, so many hospitals plan one appreciation event for all staff.
Healthcare runs around the clock, which changes the plan. Day-shift lunches are straightforward; night-shift service depends on the date and our crew, so ask. A halal menu with a vegetarian option covers a wide dietary range on a large staff in one stop.

Sometimes. Late and overnight service depends on the date and our crew schedule, so mention it and we’ll say up front what we can do.
Can the hospital foundation host the tab?
Yes. A hosted tab is the usual setup for staff appreciation. We agree how it works in the quote.
How much does it cost to book the truck?
Every event is quoted individually. Price depends on the date, location, guest count, service time, menu and whether the host covers the food or guests pay for their own. Request your date and we will send a quote.
Is the food halal?
Yes. Bella Bites serves a 100% halal menu, cooked to order on the truck.
