If we can make it work, we confirm the menu, timing and price with you. If we can’t, we tell you, and sometimes suggest a catered drop-off instead.

The more we know in the first message, the faster we can check. These four make the biggest difference.
The exact address
Street address or venue, plus the ZIP. Distance and traffic decide a lot on short notice.
Start time and serving window
When people eat and for how long. A flexible window makes a yes far more likely.
A realistic guest count
A rough number is fine. It tells us how much to prep and whether one truck can keep up.
Where the truck can park
A full-size food truck needs a level spot. Note lots, driveways, height limits or permits.

How short is "short notice"?
Anything inside roughly a week. For an event in the next day or two, call us rather than using the form so we can check the calendar while you are on the line.
Can you guarantee the truck will come?
No. Nothing is confirmed until we have checked the calendar, the crew and the route, and you have agreed to the details. We would rather tell you no than overpromise.
Does short notice cost more?
Every event is quoted individually based on the date, location, guest count and menu. You will know the price before you commit to anything.
What if the truck is already booked?
Sometimes a catered drop-off is easier to fit in than the truck. Choose "Not sure yet" on the form, or ask when you call, and we will tell you what is possible.
Is the food any different for last-minute events?
No. It is the same 100% halal menu, cooked to order on the truck.
