New Year’s Day is a federal holiday, so the party night before it leads straight into a day off. The next New Year’s Eve is Thursday, December 31, 2026, and New Year’s Day is Friday, January 1, 2027. That shape suits a late-evening party with food served well before the countdown.
Late-night service depends on the date, the location and local noise rules, so we agree on hours with you up front. For hosts who would rather sleep in, a New Year’s Day afternoon open house with cheesesteaks, wings and fries is an easy way to start the year.
