This notice covers the Bella Bites website and its event request form, written in plain language.

1. What we collect
You can browse this site without telling us anything. We only receive personal information when you send an event request through our booking form. That form asks for:
About your event
- Type of occasion and service (truck, catering or not sure)
- Event date, start time and whether the date is flexible
- Estimated guest count and who is paying
- Venue name, city or neighborhood and ZIP code
- Notes about parking and truck access
- Your menu picks, dietary needs and any other notes
About you
- Your name and organization (optional)
- Email address and phone number
- How you prefer to be contacted
- Your confirmation that we may contact you about the event
To keep out spam, the form also checks a hidden field that people never see and how long the form was open. Those checks are used only to decide whether a request looks automated.
Please don’t include payment card numbers or sensitive health details in the notes. If an allergy matters for your event, just name it and we’ll talk it through.
2. Why we use it
To answer your request: checking the date, planning the menu, working out where the truck parks, sending you a quote and following up about that event. We use your contact details to reach you the way you asked us to.
We do not sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service that delivers the email to us (below).
3. How your request reaches us
When you press send, your request goes to our website server, which checks it and passes it to an email delivery provider. The provider delivers it as an email to the Bella Bites inbox, with your email address set as the reply-to so we can write back. The website does not keep its own database of requests.
Like any website, our hosting and email providers may keep short-lived technical logs (for example, IP address, browser type and the time of a request) to keep their services secure and working.
4. What stays in your browser
A few things are saved in your browser, on your device only. None of it reaches us unless you choose to send a request.
- Your event picks: the dishes you add with “Add to event picks”, so your shortlist survives moving between pages. Clear them any time from the picks drawer.
- Your plan in progress: the booking form remembers the occasion, service, date, guest count and city so you can come back to it later. Your name, email and phone are never kept this way.
- Your motion setting: if you pause the scrolling text, the site remembers that choice.
- The form you’re filling in: so a refresh or a trip to the menu doesn’t wipe your answers, the whole form, contact details included, is held for the current browser tab only and disappears when you close that tab.
Both copies of your booking form are cleared as soon as your request is sent. You can also remove everything by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. This site doesn’t use advertising cookies.
5. Other sites we link to
Our public schedule and online ordering live on Best Food Trucks (opens in a new tab). Orders and payments happen there, not on this website, and their own privacy policy and terms apply.
6. Keeping & deleting it
We keep request emails for as long as we need them to plan and run your event and to keep normal business records. You can ask us at any time to tell you what we have about you, correct it or delete it. Email info@bella-bites.com from the address you used, or mention your request reference if you have it.
This website is meant for adults planning events and is not directed at children under 13.
7. Changes & contact
If we change how the site handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Questions? Email info@bella-bites.com or call 571-992-6050.
