Early November is quieter than October, but weekday lunches cluster around the same few days. Four to six weeks ahead is comfortable.
Dates close to the holiday can still be open. Ask anyway, or check short-notice booking.

Only when the host arranges access. Installations have their own vehicle and visitor rules; your event lead handles entry and we follow their instructions.
