Five things make a truck event work. You do not need every answer before you ask: we confirm the details with you before the date.
Check the service area- A level spot
- Roughly the size of two parked cars, on flat ground.Driveway, lot, street or field: send the address or a photo and we will check it with you.
- A way in and out
- A clear path for the truck to drive in, park and leave.Tell us about gates, tight turns, low branches or soft grass.
- Permission to park
- An OK from the property owner, venue, school or HOA.Public spaces can have their own rules. We will talk through what your location may need.
- Serving hours
- The time you want food to start and stop.Lunch rush, open house or late-night drop: the timing shapes the plan.
- A guest estimate
- A rough headcount is enough to start.It helps us plan the menu and the pace of service. It can change later.

How much does it cost to hire a food truck for a party?
Every event is quoted on its own. The price depends on your guest count, how long we serve, the menu, the date and how far we drive, and on whether you host or guests pay at the window. Send those details and we reply with a quote. Nothing is booked or charged until you say yes.
How much space does the truck need?
Plan on a level spot roughly the size of two parked cars, plus a clear way for the truck to drive in and out. If you are not sure, send the address or a photo with your request and we will look at it with you.
How much does it cost to book the truck?
Event pricing is quoted per event. It depends on the date, location, guest count, serving hours, menu and service style, so we send a quote once we have those details.
Can guests pay for their own food?
Yes. Events can be hosted (you cover the bill), pay-your-own (guests buy their own) or a mix of both. We will talk through what fits your event when we quote.
Do I need a permit?
It depends on where the truck parks. Private property usually just needs the owner’s permission, while parks, streets and some venues can have their own rules. Tell us the location and we will talk through what it may need.
Can we choose the menu for our event?
Yes. Event menus are planned with you from the dishes on the truck. Save favorites with the + on the menu page and send them with your booking request.
Is everything halal?
Yes. The whole Bella Bites menu is 100% halal, so every guest can order with confidence.
