Booking

How do I book the Bella Bites truck?

Send an event request with your date, location, rough guest count and the kind of service you want. We come back with availability, a menu plan and a quote. You can also call or text 571-992-6050.

Does sending a request reserve my date?

Not yet. A request starts the conversation. Your date is booked once we have confirmed availability and the details with you directly.

How much does it cost to hire a food truck for a party?

Every event is quoted on its own, because the guest count, location, timing and menu all change the picture. Walk-up prices at the truck change from time to time and are not event pricing.

Who pays: me or my guests?

Either works. You can host so guests eat free, guests can pay at the window, or you can mix the two. Tell us your preference in the request and we will build the quote around it.

How far ahead should I book?

As soon as you have a date. Weekends in spring, late May through June graduation season and fall weekends go first. Earlier requests have the most options.

Can you do short-notice events?

Sometimes. If your event is today, tomorrow or later this week, use our short-notice page or call. It depends on the truck, crew and route that day, so we cannot promise it until we confirm.

What about deposits and cancellations?

Any deposit or cancellation terms are spelled out in your quote before anything is final, so you see them before you commit.

Food & halal

Is everything halal?

Yes. Bella Bites serves a 100% halal menu. If your venue, family or organization needs paperwork, ask and we will share supplier documentation.

Is the food made fresh?

Yes. Everything is cooked to order on the truck, so it goes from the grill to the window to your guests.

Do you serve vegetarian options?

Yes. Our veggie falafel is vegetarian, and we can talk through other preferences. Please flag any allergies early so we can tell you exactly what we can and cannot accommodate.

Can you handle food allergies?

Tell us about allergies when you request a date and we will tell you exactly what we can and cannot accommodate. Everything is cooked in one truck kitchen, so we cannot promise an allergen-free environment. Please confirm ingredients with the crew before relying on a dish.

Can I choose the menu for my event?

Yes. Tap “Add to event picks” on any dish on the menu page. Your shortlist goes with your request, and we confirm which dishes work best for your crowd and serving style.

Do you have food for picky kids?

Yes. Nuggets, crispy tenders, corn dogs, fries and mozzarella sticks are all on the truck, plus sweets.

Truck logistics

How much space does the truck need?

Plan for a level spot about the size of two parked cars that the truck can drive into, plus room for a line at the serving window. We confirm the exact spot with you before the date.

How many people can a food truck serve?

It depends on the menu and how long we serve. A focused menu over a longer window feeds more people. Tell us your guest count and serving time and we plan the menu and pace to fit.

Can the truck park in my driveway or on my street?

Often, yes. We confirm the spot, slope and any HOA or neighborhood rules with you before the date.

Who handles building or property permission?

You or your facilities team confirm the property can host a truck. We help with the details: footprint, access and timing.

Do you need power or water?

Tell us what the site offers. We will confirm what the truck needs for your specific event.

Will you coordinate with our venue and planner?

Yes. Share their contact details and we will confirm access, timing and any venue vendor requirements.

Which areas do you serve?

Washington DC, Northern Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William) and Maryland (Montgomery and Prince George’s). Outside those areas? Ask. We’ll let you know if the truck can make it.

Do you serve in winter?

Yes. The truck cooks hot food all year. Weather and venue access are confirmed for each event.

Ordering & public stops

Where is the truck today?

Our public stops are posted on our Best Food Trucks page, which is always the most current schedule. The route can change, so check it before you head out.

Can I order ahead?

Yes. Order online through Best Food Trucks for a listed public stop, then pick up at the window. You can also just walk up and order.

What are your hours?

A truck’s hours follow its stops. Each public stop on the schedule lists its own serving window.

How can I pay at the truck?

Our menu board lists all major cards and Apple Pay.

Can I order from this website?

Food orders happen on Best Food Trucks. This website is for browsing the menu and requesting the truck for your event; it does not take food orders or payments.
