Mother’s Day weekend shares early May with Teacher Appreciation and Nurses Week. Six weeks ahead is a good target.
A suggestion based on roughly 6 weeks of notice, not a deadline. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
Mother’s Day
A food truck for Mother’s Day.
Mother’s Day falls on Sunday, May 9, 2027. Restaurants fill early, and big families rarely fit in one booking anyway. A backyard gathering with the truck at the curb gets three generations around one table.
We do not serve brunch dishes. What we bring is a menu that pleases a wide range of tastes, from shawarma and gyros for the grown-ups to tenders and fries for the kids, with funnel cake or churros to finish. Churches and community groups also host Mother’s Day lunches after services.

No. Our menu is halal street food. It works well for an afternoon family lunch or an early dinner.
Can the truck come to a house?
Often, yes. We confirm the driveway or street spot, the slope and any HOA rules before the day.
How much does it cost to book the truck?
Every event is quoted individually. Price depends on the date, location, guest count, service time, menu and whether the host covers the food or guests pay for their own. Request your date and we will send a quote.

Yes. Bella Bites serves a 100% halal menu, cooked to order on the truck.
