About the Chicken Shawarma.
Shawarma comes from the Levant, where seasoned meat is stacked, roasted and shaved into bread with garlic sauce or tahini. Ours keeps the essentials: marinated chicken, fresh vegetables and garlic sauce, wrapped so you can eat it standing.
It turns up on more of our suggested event menus than almost anything else, from school events to weddings and fundraisers, because it suits nearly everyone: not too heavy, easy to hold, and halal.
