One call covers it
Add a halal truck to your vendor list.
When a client asks for a food truck, or needs a fully halal menu, you need a vendor who answers quickly and quotes clearly. Bella Bites works with planners and venue coordinators across DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland.
Written for event planners, venue coordinators and wedding planners.

If you book for event planners & venues
Some briefs come with a clear line: the couple or the company wants food every guest can eat, and part of the guest list keeps halal. One labeled tray at the end of a buffet does not really answer that. With Bella Bites the whole menu is halal, so nobody is steered to a separate option, and the truck itself gives the night a focal point.
You also need a vendor who behaves like a vendor: replies the same week, sends a quote you can forward, confirms arrival time and space needs in writing, and does not make you chase them for the paperwork your venue asks for. That is the relationship we want with planners.
How it works
The truck is the dinner: guests order at the window from a short menu you choose with the client. Works for outdoor receptions, picnics and company days.
The truck rolls up after the plated dinner for a late-night bite. Fries, crispy tenders and churros are easy late-night picks.
Indoor ballrooms and city venues without a lot can take the same halal menu as packed catering. Ask which format fits the venue.
Before we quote
Send what you have. Gaps are fine; we fill them in together before anything is confirmed.

Menus and pricing are quoted per event. Can’t fit a truck? Ask about catering.
Yes, please. Email or call and we send our details, menu and how quoting works, so you can pass them to clients.
The whole menu is 100% halal. Ask if your client or venue needs to see documentation.
Yes. Tell us when dinner ends and when the venue needs everyone out, and we plan the window around that.
Ask about catering. The same halal favorites can be packed and set out where a truck cannot park.
Ask for it in your request and include the coverage and additional-insured wording your venue, property or event requires. We confirm in writing what we can provide before you book, so nothing is assumed.
A level spot about the size of two parked cars, with room beside the serving window for a line. Tell us about curbs, gates, slopes or overhead branches and we plan the approach with you.
Every date is quoted on its own. It depends on the date, location, service window, menu and whether the host covers the food or guests pay for their own. Send a request and we reply with availability and a quote. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm.
