About the Philly Chicken Sandwich.
In Philadelphia the chicken cheesesteak is its own order, not a consolation prize. Ours keeps the formula simple: chicken off the grill, peppers and onions cooked beside it, and cheese melted through before it lands in the roll.
It is the pick for the person who wants the cheesesteak experience without red meat. When we bring the truck to an event, putting both Phillys on the menu lets guests choose beef or chicken at the same window.

The chicken is halal like everything else we cook, so mixed groups can order from one window without checking item by item. If you avoid cheese made with animal rennet, ask us which cheese we use.
