Crispy falafel, warm pita.
Crispy falafel with fresh vegetables in warm pita. The vegetarian dish on a fully halal menu.

What’s in it
Falafel is traditionally made from ground chickpeas or fava beans with herbs and spices. If you avoid egg, dairy or specific allergens, ask about our recipe and the sauce; we do not label it vegan.
Allergies? Tell us before you order. Availability can change.
Falafel is street food across the Middle East and North Africa, and it is the dish that makes a halal truck work for vegetarians too. We fry it crisp, tuck it into warm pita with fresh vegetables, and hand it over hot.
It is on our suggested menus for schools, offices, faith gatherings and fundraisers because nearly every big group includes a few vegetarians, and they deserve better than a side salad.
Falafel has no meat, which makes it an easy fit for halal and vegetarian guests at once. It is cooked on the same truck as the rest of our halal menu.
