About the French Fries.
There is not much to say about a fry that the fry does not say itself: golden and crisp, served hot enough that you need a minute. They ride along with almost every order on the truck, from the Philly to the wings.
For events they are the easiest way to round out a menu, a side kids and adults both eat. If you want more, the cheesy and bacon cheesy versions are a step up.
