Hot, crisp wings ready for your favorite sauce.
Pairs with a pint
Book us for your taproom.
Breweries and wineries without a kitchen keep guests longer when there is food on site. Bella Bites brings a full halal street-food menu, cooked to order, to taprooms and tasting rooms around DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland.
Written for taproom managers, tasting room managers and event coordinators.

If you book for breweries, wineries & taprooms
Most taprooms and many tasting rooms do not run a kitchen, so the food plan is a rotating cast of trucks booked by DM. When a truck cancels the morning of, the Saturday crowd thins out by mid-afternoon. When the truck is slow or the menu is narrow, the bar staff hear about it.
What a manager wants is a truck that confirms in writing, shows up on time, cooks fast and offers something for everyone in the group, including guests who keep halal or who are not drinking. Our menu runs from wings and loaded fries to shawarma and street tacos, so a table of six can each order something different.
How it works
Guests buy from the window while the venue pours. Terms for regular slots, if any, are agreed with each venue up front so nobody is surprised.
A standing Saturday, or one weekend a month, so your regulars know when we are there. We plan a run of dates and both sides flag changes early.
Buyouts, release parties, rehearsal dinners or a company party at your venue where the host covers the food. Planners can request us directly.
Before we quote
Send what you have. Gaps are fine; we fill them in together before anything is confirmed.

Most taprooms book trucks directly for set dates, either one-off or on a standing schedule. Send us the dates and hours you want covered and how your venue usually works with trucks, and we confirm availability in writing.
For public taproom days guests normally pay at the window. Whether a date needs any commitment from the venue depends on the day and expected crowd, and we agree that with you before it goes on the calendar. Private, host-paid events are quoted separately.
The truck is self-contained. If you have an outlet near the spot, tell us and we will tell you whether we can use it.
Yes, ask about recurring dates. We plan a run of weekends ahead of time and confirm each one.
Ask for it in your request and include the coverage and additional-insured wording your venue, property or event requires. We confirm in writing what we can provide before you book, so nothing is assumed.
A level spot about the size of two parked cars, with room beside the serving window for a line. Tell us about curbs, gates, slopes or overhead branches and we plan the approach with you.
Every date is quoted on its own. It depends on the date, location, service window, menu and whether the host covers the food or guests pay for their own. Send a request and we reply with availability and a quote. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm.
