If you book for apartment & condo communities
Resident events are on the retention checklist, but the usual format is a stack of pizza boxes in the clubroom and a flyer by the mailroom. Turnout is thin, and the same handful of residents show up every time. A truck parked out front is visible from the windows and the sidewalk, so people come down because they can see it is happening.
Buildings in this region are mixed: different cultures, different diets, and plenty of residents who keep halal or do not eat pork. One fully halal menu with a vegetarian falafel option means you are not sorting trays or labeling exceptions. You pick the night, we handle the cooking, the line and the trash we create.
How it works
The property covers the food and residents eat free for a set window. Good for renewals season, a new amenity opening or a thank-you after construction noise.
Residents buy their own dinner at the window. The building provides the spot and the notice in the resident app. Whether that works for a given date depends on turnout, so tell us your unit count.
Same evening each month (first Thursday, say) so residents learn the routine. We plan the dates with you in advance and adjust the menu as the season changes.
Before we quote
Send what you have. Gaps are fine; we fill them in together before anything is confirmed.

Marinated chicken with fresh vegetables and garlic sauce.

Thin-sliced steak, grilled onions and peppers, melted cheese.

Chicken street tacos with onion, cilantro and lime.

Hand-breaded chicken tenders with a crisp finish.

Warm cinnamon-sugar churros.
Menus and pricing are quoted per event. Can’t fit a truck? Ask about catering.
Not always. Some buildings host the food and residents eat free; others only provide the spot and residents pay at the window. Pay-your-own depends on expected turnout for that date, so send your unit count and we’ll let you know what fits.
Usually a surface lot, a loading area or a private drive, with the owner’s permission. We cannot serve from a garage, and fire lanes are usually off limits. Send a photo or a map pin of the spot and we check it with you.
Yes, ask about a recurring date. We plan a run of dates with you ahead of time, and if a date stops working for either side we talk about it before it becomes a no-show.
Yes. The whole menu is 100% halal and cooked to order on the truck, so you do not need a separate tray for residents who keep halal. There is also a vegetarian falafel wrap.
Ask for it in your request and include the coverage and additional-insured wording your venue, property or event requires. We confirm in writing what we can provide before you book, so nothing is assumed.
A level spot about the size of two parked cars, with room beside the serving window for a line. Tell us about curbs, gates, slopes or overhead branches and we plan the approach with you.
Every date is quoted on its own. It depends on the date, location, service window, menu and whether the host covers the food or guests pay for their own. Send a request and we reply with availability and a quote. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm.
