Golden chicken nuggets, easy to share.
Cannonball season
The pool party the board does not have to cook.
Bring a halal street-food truck to the neighborhood pool, the clubhouse lot or the community green: pool openings, swim meets, end-of-summer bashes and fall neighborhood days in DC, Virginia and Maryland.
Written for HOA boards, social committees and swim club managers.

If you book for HOAs & swim clubs
The social committee is three volunteers and a group text. Every summer someone ends up behind a borrowed grill for four hours, food safety is a guess and the leftover hot dogs go home with whoever stayed latest. Swim meets add another wrinkle: parents need to eat between heats without leaving the deck.
A truck takes the cooking off the committee. Families walk up, order, and go back to their towels. The board decides whether the HOA budget covers it or whether neighbors pay their own, and the community green or clubhouse lot becomes the venue for the afternoon.
How it works
The HOA or club covers a set window and residents eat free. Common for pool openings and the annual meeting picnic, where turnout matters for quorum.
The association supplies the spot and the email blast; families order and pay at the window. Works best when the date is promoted early on your list and Nextdoor.
Parents and swimmers order between events. Send the meet schedule and we plan the busiest windows around warm-ups and breaks.
Before we quote
Send what you have. Gaps are fine; we fill them in together before anything is confirmed.

Your board decides. Some associations host the food; others only provide the spot and neighbors pay at the window. We quote each date on its own.
Yes, as long as the venue allows it. Share the meet timeline so we are ready for the warm-up rush and the breaks.
Summer weekends are when every pool and HOA plans its socials, so earlier is safer. Send the date as soon as the board picks it; you are not committing to anything until you confirm the quote.
Ask for it in your request and include the coverage and additional-insured wording your venue, property or event requires. We confirm in writing what we can provide before you book, so nothing is assumed.

Every date is quoted on its own. It depends on the date, location, service window, menu and whether the host covers the food or guests pay for their own. Send a request and we reply with availability and a quote. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm.
