Free pizza is not free if half the club cannot eat it.
Student events run on the free-food line on the flyer, but pepperoni pizza leaves out students who keep halal and anyone avoiding pork. Muslim Student Associations and cultural clubs end up ordering separately or skipping the food altogether.
A fully halal truck solves that for the whole room and brings a bigger turnout than a stack of boxes. Officers usually need two things from us: a clear quote they can submit for org funding, and patience while campus approvals go through. We provide the first and expect the second.

The club, department or residence life covers a set number of meals or a time window. Students show an ID or a ticket.
Students pay at the window
A truck on the quad or by a residence hall on a set evening. Whether this fits depends on the campus and expected turnout.
Department and staff events
Faculty and staff appreciation, orientation days and graduate-student socials are booked the same way.

Can a student organization book a food truck?
Yes. Many campuses require outside vendors to be approved through student activities or events first. Start that process early and we send whatever quote or details you need for the request.
Can you give us a quote for our org funding request?
Yes. Send the date, expected turnout and whether the org is hosting, and we send a written quote you can submit.
Is the food halal for our MSA event?
Yes, everything on the truck is 100% halal, so the whole event can eat from one menu.
Can you come at night?
Evening events are common on campus. Send the hours and we confirm availability for that date.
Can you send a certificate of insurance?
Ask for it in your request and include the coverage and additional-insured wording your venue, property or event requires. We confirm in writing what we can provide before you book, so nothing is assumed.
How much space does the truck need?
A level spot about the size of two parked cars, with room beside the serving window for a line. Tell us about curbs, gates, slopes or overhead branches and we plan the approach with you.
How much does it cost?
Every date is quoted on its own. It depends on the date, location, service window, menu and whether the host covers the food or guests pay for their own. Send a request and we reply with availability and a quote. Nothing is booked or charged until you confirm.
