Your vendor lineup is missing halal.
Organizing a festival, night market, cultural fair or farmers market in DC, Northern Virginia or Maryland? Send the vendor application. Bella Bites brings a fully halal street-food menu that a wide crowd can eat.
Written for festival organizers, market managers and parade or fair committees.

If you book for festival & market organizers
Organizers build a food row that covers the obvious bases. Attendees who keep halal often have few choices on a food row, and in a region with large Muslim communities, a fully halal truck widens who can buy lunch at your event.
You also need vendors who fill in the application properly, send what the health department and your insurance carrier ask for, arrive inside the load-in window and stay through the end. Send the application or the vendor packet and we reply with what we can provide.
How it works
You run applications; we apply. Send the link or the PDF to our email and we answer your questions and fees in writing before you place us.
Weekly or monthly markets can put us on a rotation. We plan the dates with you up front so there are no surprise gaps.
A sponsor or the organizer can cover a tab for volunteers and staff while the public pays at the window. We set it up in the quote.
Before we quote
Send what you have. Gaps are fine; we fill them in together before anything is confirmed.

Yes, every item on the truck is 100% halal, so the whole menu works for guests who keep halal without a separate line or a special order.
Yes. Send the hours; evening and late events are planned like any other date.
Ask for it in your request and include the coverage and additional-insured wording your venue, property or event requires. We confirm in writing what we can provide before you book, so nothing is assumed.
