About the Steak Quesadilla.
A quesadilla is the most forgiving thing on a truck menu: it travels, it holds heat, and it cuts into pieces for sharing. The steak version is the heartiest of our three, with grilled steak and plenty of melted cheese inside a toasted tortilla.
We put it on our suggested wedding menu because guests can eat it neatly in their good clothes, a test that rules out a lot of street food.
Halal steak, and a note on the cheese
The steak is halal, as is every item we cook. If you avoid cheese made with animal rennet, ask us which cheese we use.
